With my many years of experience and very good knowledge of people, I support my customers in bringing more clarity to their meetings, more clarity to the dynamic team structure and more clarity to their own perception and thinking.
I see myself primarily as a supporter in the area of change management who enjoys working with people. This is characterized by precise perception, appreciation, humorous provocation, creative thinking and constructive solution orientation. The focus is on gaining knowledge and implementing developed strategies and recommendations for action.
My customers include managers from middle and higher management levels as well as managing directors of medium-sized companies. But also people and applicants who are facing a change and need professional support to achieve these next steps.
They all have strategic and operational goals that they want to achieve - usually in interaction with others. And it is precisely this “interpersonal interaction” that often makes it so difficult to achieve the desired results effectively and efficiently.
I know the high demands placed on managers and employees from my own many years of experience. I have gained professional and life experience in Germany, Europe and North America for more than 25 years. In my work as a coach, I combine my experience from international management tasks and in personnel consulting with my passion for empowering people, moving them forward and (re)discovering their own strengths.
I have worked for multinational industrial companies. With teams, some from all over the world. Enthusiastically.
Over 10 years ago, I came up with the desire to professionally support companies in recruiting personnel and to accompany other people on their (professional) path, to lead them to greater clarity and ultimately to their goals.
